Toxic culture. Toxic c-suite. Career advancement is dictated by who you know and if you're one of the favored. Compensation awards (raises and bonuses) are 100% subjective. You may hit a home run and not get a bonus or merit increase (see above, it's who you know). Best decision I made in a long time was leaving this hell hole.

Their mission is admirable and they are making a positive impact in transplant medicine

Cons

You are expected to live to work. The company is full of backstabbing and nepotism even at the leadership level. HR is extremely unhelpful in any matter that is brought before them. Lack of organization throughout.

I had to leave something on this line. It was not a pleasant place to work at. Ill just say the location and the building is nice and clean

Cons

Beware of this horrible company. Micromanage, Harassment, bullying all takes place at this horrible company.
