Innovative technology bogged down by poor company culture

Pros

Good starting salary, average health benefits, holidays and vacation, 401k (no match). Innovative technology that could revolutionize organ transplantation. You will undoubtedly walk away with a unique experience to help you find your next job.

Cons

Little opportunity for career growth or salary increase within the organization. No incentives, save for a steady salary, unless you fall within the caste system. Tenure over education has led to a management incapable of delegating and motivating their staff .Team building is non-existent contributing to high turn over. The company's success in the marketplace seems to be always on the horizon but also seems to be just out of reach.

Great salary, ability to travel, learning through your job and experiences, the health and dental benefits are great, and some perks like technology/equipment

Cons

Management, communication throughout the company is very poor, secretive, and management do not have true managing backgrounds- delegating to direct reports is very poorly done
