Deadly slow, poor management decisions, on the brink of collapse (always), no value for work done, management is absorbed with petty issues and projects, don't expect even a review, never mind raises.

Pros

Lots of downtime with nothing to do except clock in and out to collect paychecks.

Cons

Horrendous management. No constructive conversations since everything taken very personally. No communications at any level except within certain group of people. Questionable scientific practices driven by lack of morality, experience & perspective. Hard work not acknowledged nor appreciated. Extreme high turnover rate. Mentorship absent at all levels. No opportunities for professional growth.
