      - Good Pay - Okay Benefits - National OCS Program superb.

      Cons

      - Terrible Management, will not fight for employees, micromanaging. - Lack of Quality Communication. - Unclear Expectations. - Unstable Work-Life, will force lead employees to work from home. - Coworkers unprofessional with crude humor. (Not LGBTQ+ safe)

      I didn't think I could find a worse job than bedside nursing, then I found TransMedics

      Money and benefits were good

      Cons

      Micromanagement, disorganized, embarrassing lack of policy and procedure for a company that touts itself as being a "disruptor" in the medical device industry.

      Fun, until you pull back the curtain

      Pros

      Pay is good, that's about it.

      Cons

      Share price is the only thing they care about. You are an expendable resource, despite being asked to constantly going above and beyond. There is no reward for loyalty, no clear opportunities for advancement, and at times, just toxic- you have to watch what you say and who you say it to. Zero work life balance. Management isn't very helpful especially at upper levels, doesn't stand up for their employees.
