So much potential... needs a people listening strategy

Pros

People are generally enjoyable to work with and there is a sense of ownership to the “We make it happen” mantra.

Cons

Lack of value communicated to employees... at all levels, at least in my experience and those of my peers/subordinates. Lack of positive reinforcement/motivation. Pay scales were grossly inconsistent and undervalued with no clear metrics for success and next steps for career growth.

Pros

I see Transpak has significant potential to grow in the logistics, crating and distribution business meaning there are ample opportunities to grow within the company. I personally worked hard and have been recognized for my achievements. As a result I have worked my way up from within the warehouse. At this specific site, leadership listens to ideas and solutions and given me the ability to drive change and be more efficient. In my opinion, low stress, high volume and close knit group.

High volume which is not always a negative.
