You can get this job without experience. Good training. Recruiters will love you because of how easy it is to poach from TP. 17 vacation days a year.
Cons
Low starting salary. If you don't have Relativity or ESI Processing experience, 40k or less. You get one raise a year, and it is in MARCH. NO transparency- at all. They block Glassdoor. The idiots are paid too much, and the smart people are paid too little. The benefits and 401k is an absolute joke. Maximum of 1.5% match of your salary, and you only vest 20% after two years. Many holidays not observed No structure / clear expectations
