Pros
Work culture is amazing for those who does not want work and survive on favoritism , culture biased behavior (if employee is from same state or culture that of Managers and TLs) of Managers and TLs. (Being Sarcastic) NO PROS for this organization.
Cons
The Company works only on favoritism and culture biased environment. From Managers to TLs to Seniors everyone is excellent in politics and harassing theirs juniors. And Management is least bothered about this. They just follow instructions from TLs and Managers without knowing the truth.
