HR are morons that cannot even answer simply questions. Management try to screw you over without proper contracts and pay. There isn't an ounce of integrity in the whole company. Pay dates changed without any notice or communication from the company. This is absolutely horrible for people who have to budget on the below average salary they offer. They have no respect for their employees and the customer is always right even when they are not. There are a lot of people doing drugs in the office and this causes favouritism between management. It is absolutely shocking that a company like TransPerfect would promote a Wolf of Wall Street type of atmosphere. People are very unprofessional and if their customers saw what actually went on they would cancel their contracts straight away. There is no training, coaching of mentoring when you work here. You are left to do a job and if you ask questions or for help you are looked down on. A really scummy horrible organisation full of inadequate junkies who don't care about anyone they work with.
