      Pros

      Very easy work, every project is t he same.

      Cons

      High turnover rate due to micro management. Extremely childish, and ran by people in their early 20's. Not a great work environment.

      perhaps not an ideal place to work

      not so much. cannot think of any pros for real.

      Cons

      there are so many. 1) unbelievably low salary. 2) toxic corporate culture with global mircomanaging style 3) INTENSE workload - no joke
