Large global Production resources

Cons

- up to 50% lower pay than market average and competition - sales people work on a draw and only 10% get out of it after 2 years - disrespectful management - lack of career growth opportunities - culture that promotes unhealthy competition, lack of internal respect and people who patronize rather than contribute

Pros

The only pro is that you meet loads of international and interesting people

Cons

I have worked for this company for 2 and half years, transitioning from project coordinator, to project manager and finally to team lead. Does not matter if you work in the Barcelona office, NY or LA, the company culture will get you! To summarize, the managers and the directors treat you like machines, are abusive and only care about themselves. The company culture embodies this abusive behaviour, and people ascend just because they are aggressive and repressive. I only stayed for so long because my colleagues were amazing and they were trying to survive like me.; I really thought I could make a difference when I was promoted to team lead, but no. The only role of the team lead is to be aggressive and abusive to their team, threaten them to get results, so the big bosses can enjoy their bonuses and present big numbers to directors as if it was their own achievements. They are so abusive that they make you believe you are in the wrong, but do not be afraid to speak for yourselves and to sue if necessary, as many people should have done it.

-The workforce is young and open-minded. -Localization is good exposure into world of technology -Great technology, market leader

Cons

-Toxic management -Criminal comp plan -Take PTO and never hear then end of it -No sales process -Zero resources provided to sales team (no contact database licenses, Sugar CRM, no cohesion between product marketing and sales, etc) -HIGH employee/management turnover -Nothing matters more than generating QoQ growth. NOTHING. -If you are not in NY, you are not worth the company's time nor money. -The company literally had a Sales Kick off topic that covered the reason why not having a work life balance was a good thing.
