Pros
-People in general are great. -Very good teamlead. -Good as a starting point. -The tools provided to do the job were quite good. -Ticket restaurant. -Fresh fruit and coffee. -Bonus every three months.
Cons
-The product is quite boring. -The very low bonus doesn't depend of your job and there is no way to know how to improve it. -People usually do a lot of extra hours (not in my department). -Salaries are just not fair, even when you are promoted. -The company fired some people and they have to sue to get their rightful money. -The structure of the company is a mess. -HR department can't do math so you have to be very careful when signing any document with them. -A lot of talented people leave the company because they can't grow, they do not feel appreciated and the salaries are quite low. -Once every three months they send you an email saying the company has been doing great and the revenue is amazing. After that, your manager tells you that the bonus is going to be low because the company is loosing money.
