Pros
TransPerfect has a very nice company atmosphere, everyone in the office is very friendly, they have you doing tasks that actual Production Coordinators/Managers do, the intern program is highly coordinated, they really care about making sure the interns get the most out of their experience and the intern coordinators are great! It is not the standard internship where you will be making copies and getting coffee.
Cons
You don't make much money for the amount of work you do, there is a lot of tedious busy work involved in the job (which is what actual Production Coordinators/Managers), the hours are about 8:30-5:30 and lunch is not paid, and sometimes you feel a lot of pressure to do a lot of work in a short period of time.
