Understaffed, underpaid unless you are extremely senior. Compensation is almost pyramid scheme-esque. Your first 3-5 years in this sale role you will be making anywhere from a quarter of a percent to (max) two percent commission while your manager or director makes the other 9%. INSANE. 60-80 hour weeks for 40k/year

The training can be overwhelming at first, but they are really patient and don't rush you with it. The benefits are great, but the price for health insurance keeps going up, which sucks (that's the insurance company's fault though). Once you are qualified for bonuses, they give that to you separate from your usual paycheck, which means all the usual taxes and fees are deducted and you're left with a minimal bonus (you will get a good tax refund though).
