Small salary comparing to stress. Unpleasant manager attitude. Labor work for small money. Persuading vendors for small money to do the job in highest quality.

Pros

None - even the workspace in New York is awful.

Cons

They can and will use you and prey on your trust and faith in them to be good and have your best interest at heart. Management has no idea how anything functions on a day to day level and continually pushes for more work with fake promises of promotions and the ability to move. If it's not in writing it's not going to happen. These are the slimiest people to work with.

Pros

Lots of support from upper management with hitting your goals. Lots of focus and communication around performance. After the first year your compensation is largely performance based, which is great for a top performer. Lots of travel opportunity and you can really build your own career path once you've gained trust.

Cons

Some of the other departments are not as performance based and really do not perform well (IT, operations, etc.). Computer systems and policies are outdated which make it difficult to work from home. Not the best work/life balance and not the best benefits.
