Managers have no idea what they are doing and are very rude and arrogant. Low wages and employees at the Barcelona office are treated as second-class citizens. It is a production hub with no opportunities for development or growth. Old technology and very old-fashioned policies such as staying 9 hours at the office no matter what. No rewards for efficiency. There are cameras overall in the office and you have to sign up for using the office equipment provided to you. Recruiter offered different conditions and no possibility to review the contract before signing; shady policies concerning bonus and flexibility Travel policies are awful, you have to share rooms abroad with strangers and pay upfront for all expenses to be refunded after a month

No proper work allocation. To much work load. Higher management does not entertain issues or problems raised by Junior employees regarding immediate reporting manager. Worst report manager through out my career.
