Pros

It is a extremely multicultural environment, which is super positive. Lots of trainings are made, including scrimmagings (not my thing but some colleagues appreciated it).

Cons

The upper management gives you super hard goals to reach and ask to be highly aggressive in terms of sales. This means that even team members are competitive one another, sometimes in a very unfair way (usually justified from the management). All the countries are supposed to sell the same, without considering the actual economy of the country. As a sale person you are required to: prepare quotes (which is okay), work on your own collections, cold call, prepare at least 300 mailers per month by hand (seriously), mediate with PMs and clients. No language skills are actual required, just Sales ones. No benefits at all, just an annual Sales conference that you will be able to join in after reaching specific goals (the sales conference came out to be a full-immersion 3-day training). Would not recommend for the daily stressful situations. High turnaround.

Pros

Big company so you have the chance to travel, that's about it. Some department get more perks than others depends. No other pro's come to mind.

Cons

Where to start..The company has undergone changes so no ones job is safe. Management has their favorites, my manager certainly did . Completely micromanaged every little thing for every job order. Always under a microscope and expected to sell this company and convince people that the bad reviews are not true when they are. I would like to apologize for all the poor souls I convinced to work here and take a lower hourly rate. Success is only measured by metrics, your effort and hard work does not count if you don't produce the numbers they want. Some metric measured have nothing to do with your direct work either. Many promises about growth but no delivery. They give you more responsibilities but no increase in salary. You are expected to go above and beyond with no incentives or motivation. The little incentives we had like free lunch was taken away quickly. Management is incompetent, just a 3rd party conveying messages from the rest of the company to its recruiters doing all the dirty work. The job became extremely repetitive, no room for higher salary, no motivation, no incentive and started taking a toll on my mental health. Salary and Benefits package not competitive. The culture here? There is no culture and they don't care about their employees. High turnover.
