Pros
Decent enough working hours, assuming it isn't high season and they are well staffed. Great people to work with. Okay place to work if you use it to your advantage. If you start at a lower level, you can move up, but it gets more competitive the higher you move up. very good compared to most companies in terms of vacation, benefits, sick days etc.
Cons
Upper management in the Montreal office needs to go. There is no HR in Canada and it feels like you have no one to turn to with problems. Upper management is very demanding and does not like to be challenged in any way. They are constantly contradicting themselves to better their situation. They want control of every situation and expect minions and not employees. Work in general is pretty boring, lots of documents. It is currently a place of change (which can be a pro) but management only wants the change they see and are not open to ideas, even if they say they are. Very little physical space.
