      Horrible and abusive workplace. Avoid.

      Pros

      None whatsoever at all.

      Cons

      Bosses play favourites. Abusive management and if not abusive, sheep managers that do not stand up for their teams. If you want to work at a place where you get name called and taken advantage of, or have managers lie to you and blame you for everything so they look better, come work here. Office being taken over by outsourced resources. All new hires not from Montreal office due to sweatshop mentality. Don’t speak up or they find ways to get rid of you. Completely abusive workplace.

      Pros

      Great work atmosphere. The management is friendly and open to new ideas to improve work culture and efficiency. Ability to move laterally if one feels they are a better fit in a different department.

      Qualifications for title increase and recognition not always consistent between similar teams.
