      Pros

      Remote work from home is nice. Some of my managers have been great.

      Cons

      Management/owners avoid giving even modest raises. Continually turning profits every quarter but apparently not enough for us to be given any sort of raise, including any inflation raises.

      Pros

      Due to TPT being so big in the localization sector there is job security.

      Cons

      Obsessed with c-suite and its managers. No trickle down effect on pay or giving recognition to its PMs. The lowest of pay in the industry and doesn't give yearly increases due to its pay freeze. I'm sure all of its leaders and managers are raking in the dough off of the workbees hard work.
