      Unfair pay, fake diversity commitment, no work/life balance

      Pros

      Many people are passionate and driven when they first come to the company. Lots of autonomy

      Cons

      The company is a total boys club, only focused on sales without regard for the people at the company who make sales possible. Salaries are completely inequitable and the only way to make money is to come in with a high salary. There are people sitting next to each other, doing the exact same job, making vastly different salaries ( like 70k vs 110k) I was written up for discussing my salary at work publicly. Raises are minimal and not reflective of the current market. They think that culture makes up for how bad the pay and benefits are. Shady CEO- give him a google. A sales leader refused to have his team do a 15 minute diversity training because they wouldn’t be making sales during that time.

      Pros

      - You meet some great people - The linguists are very talented and most of them are kind.

      Cons

      - Low Pay - Very High and stressful workload - Unreasonable expectations - Tiresome - Always working overtime - HIGH TURNOVER Please avoid working here if you can! The job is very stressful and not worth the low pay, especially if you are in production. It is very difficult to be responsible for 100 things at a time all while being expected to manage another 10 on top of that. This job is honestly the most soul-crushing that I have ever had and honestly I don't know how people make it here longer than a year.

      Pros

      This isn’t much of a pro if at all, but Coworkers feel each other’s pain.

      Cons

      Pay is horrendous Unhealthy and toxic work environment Unreasonable Expectations Very heavy Work load High turn over Must use your own resources if working from home since COVID No reimbursements or company lap tops Ppl on top stay on top Don’t value employees time or lives
