Pros

Not many. They lie to you in the beginning and then decide how they'll treat you based on if they like you.

Cons

They give you an insulting amount of work right from the get go. They pretended the training period work is "standard" but they really just give you mass amounts of small jobs to make the rest of the team's day easier while you're stuck managing a ton of small projects. The culture is very cliquey and if you don't vibe with your boss and trainer your days become very long, lonely, and toxic. I spent almost every day skipping lunch and working late. They don't care how much work you put in they only care if you can handle the work and even if you tell them there isn't enough time they don't care. They just pretend that they've been up front with you and that you should go to them for help, but they never help they just insult you.

Pros

-Met some awesome co-workers (with shared discontent regarding work culture) -Beautiful new office -Clean bathroom

Cons

-Poor upper management, not a lot of inspiration just power hunger -Saw an obscene number of people quit in my time there, strange amount of turn-over from all levels of management. -way too many responsibilities as a sales person -- the worst part being collections, spending all afternoon emailing clients aggressively to pay. **We were expected to fulfill daily outreach requirements, send mailers, emails, phone calls, set meetings, give quotes, make quote packets, consult with production teams, invoice on all sorts of platforms, charge credit cards. Got messy and was confusing. -Schemes and obsessions with helping you "get promoted" within a year to an Account Exec which pay was not much higher and had an extremely low cut in sales % (1-2%) -Account Managers make NO commission -For such a large company, not many outside of office groups or organizations to help the community, support people internally, ONLY drinking related events. -Not allowed to stretch outside of your job description, think outside the box to get clients attention -Never a fully functioning coffee machine

Pros

Good coworkers, not too corporate environment - that's about it

Cons

Low Pay, No Upper Management Visibility, Constant Turnover from the unreasonable promises made by Sales, No Salary Negotiation, Google the labor law regulations which this company violated, No Sick Days. Everyone is severely overworked and underpaid. Dubious Promotion Structuring I could go on and on about this place but the below reviews have covered a majority of it. STAY AWAY from this place even if it's entry level.
