Pros
1. The Milwaukee Office is located on a very cool campus (Schlitz Office Park) and has wonderful access to the Milwaukee River during lunch breaks. 2. Ability to work remote--even though it's never encouraged, it was nice to know that I could work from home while sick and not use PTO.
Cons
1. MKE office has an open floor and desk plan. You're seated 3 feet from someone on your left, right, and in front of you. There are no barriers or cubicle walls..... No privacy from co-workers, felt like I was sitting in a zoo. 2. Basically should be a permanent "work from home" job. No real need to come into office aside from training/occasional meetings. 3. Terrible pay. 4. Mundane work. Same work flow process all day, every day. 5. They say they're expanding and doing great, but in reality, no real room for growth or promotion opportunities (unless you count going from Project Coordinator to Project Manger a "promotion"--same job function with a $2k/year raise, laughable). 6. The co-founders really messed up the company when they started feuding.
