Pros

Company has gone through change for the better since it has gone public. Jim Peck is like a breath of fresh air. Company is doing extremely well and I see an even brighter future for the company. Work from Home opportunity for everyone is nice.

Cons

The pay is low and below market value. The hike of 1-3% doesn't really recognize the efforts put in by the employees throughout the year. Managers are inefficient and promotions are rare.

Pros

TU is investing in technology and their people. The company is growing very quickly and I am happy to be apart of it.

Cons

Incremental salary growth is extremely low. They claim to have caps on promotion salary adjustments but that is not consistent throughout the company.
