Pros
This company both staff and management, work hard to make this a fantastic place to work. Great compensation, training, career growth. If someone has a good idea, its listened to. Developers on average stay at a company for less that two years. At eScan however, 3/4 of the progammers have been here 5+ years, the other 3 were new hires. This wouldn't be the case if the environment was bad or the work boring.
Cons
The work is fast paced. There isn't flex time. Parking isn't always easy. But that's being addressed.
