      Very forward thinking, good benefits, great people nice work area hours are reasonable, good pay

      Cons

      Managers are terrible , micro management , monitor all calls favorites within sales floors VERY political

      I cannot think of any pros for working at TransUnion. In fact, I would never refer anyone to work for this company.

      Cons

      Too many politics and it's difficult to advance to the next level. Most people who are in management positions were with the company for more than 20 years. By default, they advanced to the next level.
