      Pros

      Coworkers are talented and are dedicated to getting the job done. The benefits are good and the pay is competitive. Location is very convenient.

      Cons

      A lot of change over the past few years with two private equity sales and an IPO. Culture of the organization is trying to catch up. Workload has increased with very few staff additions.
