Pros

Right across the street from Union Station Culture and work environment is a positive enhancement from the average 9-5 style at other companies HR and executive leadership recognize areas of opportunity and genuinely strive to improve associate engagement, work/life balance, and values In house gym facility and cafe are of the utmost convenience There are so many networking opportunities that you really understand that your career is what you make it. Management and executive leadership all tend to have an open door policy, which is very encouraging.

Cons

TU provides FCRA and regulatory training, but job specific training is provided by who used to work the position, and if they have time to train you. Be prepared to learn on your own and ask questions! Workload can be insane depending on your role. Don't hold your breath when requesting additional headcount.
