Pros

A lot of great associates, very nice, polite and helpful. Decent benefits, above average work/life balance, great location...........but that's it folks.

Cons

Bumbling cut throat management, very poor, if not inept, HR department, fuzzy and grey long term IT strategy...no career advancement, constant executive and senior management turnover, managers reward mediocrity and banish talent....yes they throw the baby out with the bath water...time to go................. Jim Peck is the current CEO, not Bobby Metha....

Pros

I have worked with some of the most intelligent group of engineers and middle managers. Very bright and willing to go the extra mile.

Cons

Due to some of the major reconstructuring, multiple reorganizations, and usage of funds that could have gone to the employees, this company is on the verge of hitting rock bottom. They have recently hired a crew of misfits <place bank name here> that are currently forcing several very key and talented individuals to leave. Their motto is, "Lead by fear". Upper leadership has no clue as to what they are doing or ethics for that matter. They feel as if they are untouchable. Get rid of them, and people will stay. Cut it off at the head.

Pros

There is a large variety of tasks, it's never boring, and a lot of freedom for employees to create solutions without micromangement. Many highly skilled technical people, at all levels.

Cons

Inept management on the business side. Internal power struggles and a lack of understanding of how to create a successful business organization since the passing of the founder.
