Smart people, good benefits, decent work/life balance. All my managers were great to work with. Also lots of professional development opportunities.

Cons

Pay for some roles could be better. Can take a while to get promoted internally.

Pros

Lots of time off and professional friendly environment. If you are cool with being promoted once and having a great worklife balance then yeah place is chill.

Cons

Pay is terrible. Tech stack is old . Mushroom management. Bureaucracy and compliamce makes everything a slog.
