      Pros

      Very transparent, innovative, promote work life balance, great benefits

      Cons

      Keep their teams lean while work load increases, new management team head execs in place since 2019 show negative signs of change in culture, the company is moving as fast as possible (and excitedly so!) to moving as many jobs as possible to other countries and use to robotics to replace "resources" - further hollowing out the middle class in this country.
