      Healthcare vertical mis-managment

      Potential for "doing good" and good solutions for customers (not comprehensive)

      Cons

      Mis-management. Untrained managers and leaders. Haven't had formal management and strategy training, which is clear in their direction within the Healthcare Vertical specifically

      Some operations manager

      Pros

      Somewhat Decent benefits Few nice co workers and managers An innovative business. CEO is fine . The credit business is doing well do ESPP benefits reap .

      Cons

      Average pay . Transunion acquired the healthcare business in Austin. Though many left, certain operations managers from the older business are terrible, but still are entitled to get their way.

      Overall, good company. Healthcare, not so much.

      - The overall company - Good products - Good ground troops - FTO time

      Cons

      - Middle leadership - Unattainable quota: quotas increased without any justification. - Micromanaging - Leadership plays favorites - Some in middle leadership incapable of providing ANY value.
