Pros

Flexible start and end time. Great work environment for new hires and college interns. Great snack and concession areas.

Cons

Not flexible with work from home schedule as initially said during interview. Open floor plan not conducive to privacy or working. Not enough vacation days.

Pros

Obvious investments in the organization and people to change the way the company operates and the culture - new building renovation in Chicago and elsewhere, new brand, changeover of staff from "old way of thinking" to "new way of thinking," positive vibes and energy for employees, more focus on employee engagement and satisfaction.

Cons

Still defunct processes - creates many inefficiencies, still have many employees who are not skilled to move forward in today's digital business world, understaffed in some areas - takes longer than it should to get things done. We need much better B2B marketing focus.

Definitely not a tech/engineer-driven company

Pros

Everyone I've interacted with has been very kind. I have not (yet) encountered any super inflated egos.

Cons

LOTS of paperwork, beaurocracy, bad tech support. Nothing really exciting about working for them, just fine.
