Exciting work content in application build group, opportunities to learn and grow, good work life balance, benefits and pay in par with latest industry trends

Cons

Not many opportunities to interact with other departments, making it harder to grow laterally or go through a career change.

Pros

Great Benefits and overall great employee experience . I was fortunate to have excellent leaders to work with! Most of my client groups wanted to partner with HR so it made the job much more enjoyable and meaningful.

Cons

The company runs lean so expect to wear many hats and operate with an open mind.
