      Pros

      The interview and onboarding process was professional and seamless. The extra mile that the teams and management go to show that they really care about associate engagement is amazing. The workplace reflects the vibrant culture and the policies such as WFH, medical benefits (no copay), focus on career and associate health are something to be explicitly called out.

      Pros

      Friendly people, excellent work/life balance, great benefits, and amazing culture. TU tends to operate lean for a corporation, so you have the ability to have exposure and learn the businesses very quickly.

      Cons

      TU tends to run lean, so you may have to take on work or extra projects that are outside of your job.
