      Great Benefits, Poor Culture and Leadership in Healthcare

      Pros

      Benefits are outstanding. Most employees are trying to make a difference. Social Responsibility

      Cons

      Culture is all talk and no action. Preach about the Code of Conduct but it is just window dressing. Leadership is slipping and lost in Healthcare. It seems that only care about revenue and not people. If you are in sales avoid the Healthcare vertical. Ethically challenged business unit.

      The benefits are amazing as well as the ability to work from home when needed.

      A lot of office drama.
