Pros

Former CTO - His drive and passion won some huge wins. Thank you for your thoughtful leadership. Opportunities - There are endless opportunities to solve problems , learn new tech, broaden horizons and to make a difference. Which is very satisfying. Benefits - FTO and location. Great work life balance. Collaboration & Engagement - Is great for a company of this size and diversity.

Cons

Questioning status quo always results in retaliation, Some form or the other. No career growth for women. Favoritism is predominant and only way for advancement. Very hierarchical top down management.

Thank you for sharing your experience. Your review has me torn… on one hand, I couldn't be happier to read that you're enjoying challenging projects, benefits and team members here. That's good stuff! On the other hand, I don't like to hear you've experienced, or observed, some really unacceptable behavior at TU. There's no room for favoritism or sexism at our company. If you're willing, I'd love to speak with you so I can learn more. - Anne Leyden, EVP HR

Pros

Can do attitude of the people and the desire to win

Cons

The above is being eroded by the acquisition of Callcredit by TransUnion, with most people (Go To Market team) wanting to leave.

I'm saddened to hear your experience with TransUnion hasn't been entirely positive so far. We know that any such transition can be difficult at times - this is not lost on us. I'd really like to hear more about how we can make this transition period better for our team in the UK. Please reach out to me directly. - Anne Leyden, EVP HR

Pros

The company has great benefits and opportunities to network. They continue to come up with new ideas to sell to the market

Cons

Too much focus on achieving milestones for minimally viable products without a focus on quality or long term support of the product

Thank you for dedicating more than 8 years at TU! I'm happy to see that you are enjoying our benefits and opportunities to connect with other associates. To hear you feel that we’re missing the mark on delivering quality products is concerning – this goes against everything we stand for at TransUnion. I would really like to hear more about your experience here, so I can share your feedback with my fellow peers on the leadership team. Please reach out to me directly. - Anne Leyden, EVP HR
