Pros

The people at TransUnion were fantastic, I would rate them 95 out of 100 as favorable to work with.. The other 5%, as with any company can make one's life's miserable.

Cons

Buy out by Goldman Sachs caused much heartache amongst many in the IT departments with the lost of many positions and the injection of CapGemini.

Pros

Competitive compensation, awesome benefits across the board. Executive team has a vision and are moving towards it.

Cons

Department managers fail to recognize when an employee is not keeping up. This turns into the status quo of a few very talented people and mostly average or below people.
