Pros

Great company culture and company is growing fast

Cons

The pay structure is region based so you do not get paid on your individual performance from a commission perspective. Corporate politics at play, management is amiable but they promote only by favoritism and not by qualifications and performance.

Pros

Great people, great benefits. Good work/life balance.

Cons

Siloed technical tiers. Difficult, nigh impossible, to advance if you don't live/work in Chicago.
