Pros

-This is a great company at the top, corporate (Chicago) seems to know what they're doing. Unfortunately, the TU culture has not yet been adopted by the Boca Raton (TLO) office. -Pros depends solely on your role, department, and management.

Cons

-For sales, its a CALL CENTER. Don't let them tell you otherwise. -They will entice you with promotions that will never happen. -Low Base Salary, the benefits are good, but they're not anything special -Unnecessary focus on daily dials and KPIs - The "positivity" culture is almost Orwellian - speaking up is NOT encouraged. -Upward mobility within the company is wrought with nepotism; it is not a meritocracy.

Great culture and diversity. Fosters work life balance

Cons

If you want advancement in your career, very little support from management. Compensation is also not competitive relative to the market.
