I don't consider this a con, but some people might... there's a lot left to build and figure out, which means you get to wear many hats and no job is beneath you. If that excites you, this is the perfect place to grow your career in transportation!

This isn't so much a con as it is a warning. Get ready to roll up your sleeves and go to work. TransWest has had tons of growth and expects to had much more. Lots to do! :)
