Pros

They are willing to listen and improve to the common interest of their employees. Bonuses sometimes by surprise. If you’re a quality driver you can thrive. The areas of “growth” are more so preference of schedule hours/days and routes over increase in pay. Fairly easy work, you don’t have to be a genius, you just need basic skills and common sense. Marginally good pay. Somewhere in the middle compared to other relatable work and other bus companies.

Cons

There is always room for wage adjustments for those deserving yet hard to acquire. Some leaders/supervisors are lazy and need better work skills. Can feel a favoritism to certain people who maybe don’t possess seniority or skill.

Pros

Was a small outfit. Great folks that really cared.

Cons

They got too big for their britches, now it's a low pay, unorganized cluster. Constant management turnaround
