A few things I love about working for TransWest is that it is important that everyone "Enjoys the Ride" not just our customers, but our internal team members as well. There are also lots of opportunities for advancement in your career and every day is a new adventure with opportunities to continuously improve.

Never ending list of things to do- could be a good thing too!

Cons

Management only cares about themselves, they will give you the silent treatment and when you call HR or even higher ups they will make you feel like you're heard then talk crap about you behind your back (I WITNESSED THIS). Leads are basically just random people that get thrown in that in all reality shouldn't be leads. No sense of priority or safety in play. Payroll is lousy and will cut your pay over errors with their system.
