Pros

Great coworkers for the most part, good leadership team (VP's and Directors). Flexible schedule, great work-life balance, company continually growing through acquisitions, profit sharing.

Cons

Not customer-centric, resistant to change internal operations even if changes will better service clients. Lagging in adoption and utilization of technology to drive revenue and improve customer service. Base and commission structure is poor; you'll never make good money.

Pros

Casual work environment and adequate benefits. Attempts are made to foster a fun collaborative environment at the headquarters.

Cons

No chance of advancement if you are a women. Job responsibilities are very regimented, doing anything outside your narrow job description is frowned upon. If a customer complained about service, management would go straight to the dollars that company generated. If it was below a certain amount, there was no effort made to solve the customers problem. Bonuses are tied to the company meeting certain benchmarks, but employees aren't told what those benchmarks are so they are powerless to help meet them.
