TLI has gone the extra mile to help us out we have several trucks leased on with this company we have been with them for 2.5 years they have some of the best staff and the owner Terry Wallace well he is truly one of a kind always friendly and willing to help

Cons

There really isn't much to say as for as cons go trucking is trucking anywhere you go but TLI is different

The lunches served at orientation were good.

Information by recruiter on lease, lease payments, additional lease payouts, information on dedicated routes, pay disparity for the same route different drivers, fleet managers inability to manage team members and not the Dir of Op's, delay pay not being authorized, maintenance cost higher than information given, mandating where a driver must fuel when the lease drivers are paying regardless, mandating a route that is heavier traffic, texting drivers when they know we are driving!
