      Pros

      The driver's, they are the reason I love my job. Being able to help driver's makes my day. I don't just recruit I stay in touch and help them with anything I possibly can.

      Communication, after hours dispatch.

      Pros

      The people I worked with have become some of my closest friends. The drivers we had driving for us deserve better but are great great people. The experience was golden and it has opened so many doors for me.

      Cons

      The company itself is very poorly ran , their lack of morals, integrity, is astonishing. They are constitutionally incapable of communicating.

      There are no pros but I'm required to write something here.

      Cons

      Do not file taxes in multiple States on time, some not at all. Lie to employees, vendors, and customers. Worst set of books I've ever seen. Upper management believe long time employees rather than new employees who want TLI to succeed. Horrible arrogant owners and managers. You get what you deserve. Illegal activity will catch up to you.
