Pros

Can make decent money, if you have a good dispatcher. Having a good dispatcher is key, and a good truck.

Cons

You have a maintenance account, but they like to fix whatever they want to fix on the truck. Some of the guys in the shop, doesn’t do a good job on repairs on the truck.

Trucks. CPMs, Hometime, eqipment, dispatching was great.

None I experienced. I cannot comment on other drivers's situations, just on mine.
