- work from home - encouraged increase in performance and increase in responsibilities - no micro-mananging, pretty manage your own performance - very amendable around Disabilities and health issues

Cons

- unable to engage and relate to other advisors in a private chat - no option to destress about difficult calls - delayed support responses
