Pros
Friendly environment, you have everything on your hand by accessing company database , 5 weeks training , once you get your leg settle down with softwares , you are good to go . Getting paid for sitting and talking over phone . If you frustrate easily for little things this job is not for you . Stay calm and have fun with customers .
Cons
No incentives anymore , company have some very talented subject matter expect in their training department, rest are okey .
