Pros

Full-time, start at 10.25 an hour answering incoming calls and resolve all customer issues. they have parties and events and your schedule never really changes unless you take a different shift.

Cons

Management very demanding, wont let you hear calls when they accuse you of a call gone wrong and job on the line kinda suspicious on that. Management shows lots of favoritism and plays hard ball on the ones who or on the outside.;
