Pros

This company has flexible work scheduling. The co-workers are amazing and the environment is great. The equipment is of reasonable quality to help you get the job done. There are commissions to be made as well as incentive bonuses.

Cons

There seems to be somewhat limited room for advancement and the pay is minimum wage. This can be supplemented by the bonuses as mentioned above.

Cons

No transparency, absolutely unacceptable way to treat the employees and of course the most important thing is what manager is your friend.
